Here at AUGERE, we’ve been driving significant transformation of our own in recent months; culminating in a number of recent press releases sharing our achievements: from refresh of our brand and purpose, through launch of our ELEVATE people performance brand, to completion of the first phase of our new website.

In the global world, we are all aware that it has been an extremely challenging time – but despite all of that, we are very excited and proud of what we are making happen here at AUGERE… and so were really excited to share our journey with everyone on our virtual launch celebration event this morning!

After a welcome from the host, our Marketing Director and People Lead – Lisa (Hooley) Edwards, our Managing Director, Peter Fennell shared the AUGERE story so far; highlighting the company purpose – helping businesses to Perform better, faster… – with focus on putting people at the heart of all areas of transformation across business. AUGERE helps customers to make the step-change in business performance required by “humanising change” – because at the end of the day, it is people who make the difference.

Lisa then shared some details about AUGERE’s new ELEVATE people performance services. The goal with ELEVATE is simple – for people to be performing at their best. AUGERE believe that through people transformation, true cultural change can be achieved, sustained and continuously evolved – becoming a core strength of an organisation. Essentially, ‘Humanising Change’ is key, because at the end of the day, it is people that will make change happen. Lisa also walked through the four ELEVATE services areas, Workplace Readiness, Learning Experiences, E-Learning Platform and Coaching & Mentoring – and shared the ELEVATE approach to people transformation and learning culture – Diagnose > Upskill > Embrace.

Lisa then introduced guest speaker – Alex Staniforth, record-breaking adventurer and mental health advocate. Alex shared his tremendous journey from childhood adversity, through two failed attempts to climb Everest (surviving horrendous disasters along the way) – to his amazing mental health charity advocacy work. Alex highlighted key takeaway points for the audience to consider after the event:

Lisa closed the event by thanking everyone for joining and supporting AUGERE – the whole event truly was an amazing experience!
