A member of the AUGERE team helped an international law firm achieve the following outcomes:

  • The failed system implementation was stabilised within 4 months – this included managing a 3rd party software provider to re-write the claims management software as required, work with the business operations to define and implement work-around business processes and redevelop solutions that had been switched off as part of the failed implementation. This included critical customer reporting / MI
  • Defined a new IT and business architecture and implemented two subsequent releases to put the business on a more secure footing, to build confidence with new client prospects and LLP partners responsible for acquiring new business
